What languages do the team members speak?

Native Spanish and professional English. We verify English levels during selection, and you can check for yourself in the interview.

What hours do they work?

They work European hours, or with broad overlap with your working day — whatever you agree with the team. The time difference with Latin America is 4 to 7 hours, not a full day.

How does invoicing work?

Monthly payments in advance, invoiced by Logic Solutions, a Spanish company: EU invoices in euros, with VAT or intra-community exemption depending on your country.

What if someone doesn’t work out?

We replace them. We present a new candidate at no recruitment cost and manage the transition so your project doesn’t stall.

Who is the employer?

We are. Your company signs a services contract with our Spanish company, and we manage the relationship with each professional. You never hire anyone abroad.

How fast can we start?

You receive shortlisted candidates within 48–72 hours. With prompt interviews, a team typically starts one to two weeks after first contact, once the first payment is made.
